Everything You Need to Escape

Bed Linens

No need to bring your own sheets or blankets, everything you need to stay warm is provided in each camper for the full size beds. Only linens you need to bring are towels.

Heating & Air conditioning

Don't worry, each camper features heating and air-conditioning for those cold southern nights or to cool off after hiking in one of Tennessee's beautiful parks nearby.

In each camper, a full set of cookware, dishes and utensils are provided to make sure our guests don't have to worry about packing their own.

Fresh Locally Roasted Coffee

If you're like us, coffee each morning is a must and want you to enjoy some of our favorite; fresh, locally roasted coffee from Broast Coffee Roasters.

There's not many experiences better than curling up with your loved ones around a warm fire on those crisp Tennessee nights talking late into the night.

Convenient Access to Cummins Falls

Our property is a short 10-minute drive to Cummins Falls State Park* where you can hike and swim while enjoying the 75-foot waterfall. Cummins Falls has been a sought-after outdoor destination for over 100 years and features the eighth largest waterfall in Tennessee. The private, 19-acre wooded lot at Sulfur Ridge provides convenient access to Cummins Falls with the opportunity to camp in style.
